We provide cybersecurity services designed to protect our clients’ systems and networks from cyber threats. Our services include but are not limited to security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response. Our services are provided on a project-by-project basis and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable statement of work.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DotWave Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DotWave Solutions and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California
